Our Story

Carebility grew out of years spent working closely with post-acute care providers — not from theory, but from lived experience.

Before Carebility, our team built SimpleLTC, a leading analytics platform used by more than 8,500 skilled nursing facilities nationwide. We helped organizations make sense of complex data, improve compliance, and strengthen quality and reimbursement outcomes.

But as we worked side by side with care teams and leaders, a clear gap became impossible to ignore.

Policies and training existed. Metrics were tracked. Yet when questions came up during real care moments, staff were still searching manuals, interrupting supervisors, or relying on whoever happened to be on shift.

Training lived in one place. Care decisions happened somewhere else.

Carebility was built to close that gap.
